AUTOFLUG ToxicShield now for civil aviation
BeOne certifies next generation CBRN protection
With ToxicShield, AUTOFLUG recently introduced a new protection for the military sector against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear attacks. BeOne now certifies AUTOFLUG ToxicShield for civil aviation as a textile solution for aircraft interiors.
The room divider for existing structures is available in three different versions:
As a textile door to separate narrow passages. In an emergency, these can be easily removed by tearing the textile door out of the frame.
As a textile wall to separate areas by hooking into an existing structure. The textile wall is placed on a frame as a room divider and can be easily removed again after use.
As a tent within an area to divide a room and simplify decontamination by removing the entire tent afterwards.
ToxicShield, next generation protection
AUTOFLUG has introduced ToxicShield for individual and collective protection against CBRN attack, a filter material which, together with activated carbon, forms the effective layer in the construction of protective systems. Fabric strips with integrated ToxicShield are used to separate shelters where contaminated persons can be treated or persons can work in a contaminated environment while protected.
BeOne certifies ToxicShield for civil aviation
Through the partnership with BeOne, civil aircraft can now also be equipped with next-generation CBRN interior protection. BeOne is responsible for the necessary certification of the room divider, for whose installation the existing fastening points in the aircraft can be used wherever possible.
